No! We have plenty of space but you are more than welcome to if you want. If it is your first time at the studio you will have to fill out a short waiver that can be done online here or in studio.
There is ample on-street parking on Deer and High Streets as well as two parking garages located at 2 Hanover Street and 100 Foundry Place
We offer foundations classes that are designed to teach students the foundations of the practice. You can attend any class as a newbie, but the foundations class is a nice place to start so you can learn some of the names of the poses and how we move.
We offer 2 weeks unlimited for $39 for you to meet a lot of our teachers and check out a bunch of classes to see if we will be the yoga home for you!
We have free mats, as well as blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets for you to use.
The studio doors open 15 minutes before class begins. If you are running late, don’t worry, the doors won’t be locked just come in mindfully.
We don’t sell water but we do have free filtered water and glass mugs you can use. Hydrate always!
*Please take off your shoes upon entering.
*Cell phones should be left outside of the studio, if you bring yours in, please do not bring it onto your mat. There are cubbies to place your personal items, and please turn your phone off.
We have changing rooms and restrooms, but there are no shower facilities in the studio!
