**3BY is committed to providing a safe, clean space for you to practice in the midst of the current chaos. Please be patient with us and all beings during these unprecedented times.***
We are open at both locations with restrictions to support social distancing. All in studio classes will also be via live stream on Zoom. Please note if there is a class at the same time at both studios, the live stream will be from Portsmouth.
You must sign up in advance for in-studio classes. If you are practicing remotely on Zoom, do not sign up for classes in advance (as this will take a space for someone who wants to practice in studio).
You can log into all in studio classes remotely from Zoom as well, instructions are below. These streaming classes are available unlimited to autobill members, and you may also use your class card. Please continue to practice your yoga off the mat during these times when the world needs it most.**
The spacious studios have always made it so we haven’t had to do online sign ups, however, with our new capacity to support safe social distancing, you will be required to sign up online in advance through Karmasoft by clicking here. ONLY sign up for online to reserve a spot in the studio, please do not sign up here if you will be taking class via Zoom. This is live and you may begin to sign up for classes now. Again, this option is just for in-studio classes, please do not sign up for Zoom classes.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN TO THE STUDIO AND DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT DO NOT CLICK “NEW STUDENT”. Click here and enter your email ONLY (not your cell phone). You will then follow a very easy registration process. If you don’t follow these instructions, it will not link to your current active class package and make you pay again to sign up.
