THE ART OF HANDS ON ENHANCEMENTS

Join longtime guest teacher Kathleen Savoy for a workshop that explores the art and the responsibility of hands-on offerings. This is the meeting place between energy & anatomy. When we have the good fortune to hold space and touch lives (literally and energetically) as teachers, it is our responsibility to do it with great care . Together we’ll study both the physical and energetic pathways of the asanas (poses), learning how to guide energy through the body with clarity, respect, and care. You’ll leave with a deeper trust in your ability to see and support your students in their practice on the mat.

This workshop includes 60 minutes of movement, hands-on experience and practice, and a workbook to take home with you!

Price: $180 in advance, $240 day of
