Olivia began her yoga journey in 2016, taking classes at the UNH gym. While looking for something to help cope with the stress of college, Olivia was greeted with a spiritual exploration that kept me drawn to the practice. After practicing for years, she wanted to know more, and in 2021 completed her 200HR teacher training at 3BY. Her favorite part about yoga is that it forms a community based around authentic self care and soul & body wellness.

When off the mat, Liv can be found exploring the woods and waters in search of birds and other wildlife. She also enjoy traveling, hiking and reading .
