Pause. Reflect. Restore.


As we move through the fall and into the winter and holiday season, days get shorter, schedules get busier as family, work and school obligations increase, and stress and tension mounts…’Tis the season! Here is a chance to pause, acknowledge your busy schedule, and then slow down and restore your body.

Join Erin Holt Sunday, December 3rd at 1:30pm for a two hour restorative yoga class – taking time to pause, reflect and restore your body and mind.

Our internal environment often mirrors our external environment. When there is chaos or stress in our lives, our bodies tend to pick up on it and we can start to feel anxious, unbalanced and stiff. This intensive will include guided meditation and pranayama breath work, a slow meditative flow and yin-based seated and reclining postures. There will be a focus on grounding postures with longer holds while using the breath to find release in the body.

This will be a great opportunity to take some time for yourself and your body during the holiday season. Cost is $15 for 3 Bridges members and college students, and $20 for non-members. $25 on the day of the event.
