We’ve slightly adjusted the schedule for May. The changes are summarized below. Feel free to let us know your ideal time to practice, especially as summer approaches. We’re here to teach you yoga, so if there is a time or day or type of class you want, let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.
1. Prenatal Class has been removed from the schedule for now. Wednesday at 6:15pm is now an Every Body class, taught by Pilar Redmond.
2. The Beginners Class on Fridays at 4pm has been removed from the schedule.
3. The Thursday and Saturday Free Beginners classes are now 60 minutes and open to all Beginners. We are replacing the free classes by offering the first beginner class free for new students. This class will break down postures, flow and alignment.
