Wring Out the Old and Ring in the New Year!

The start of a new year is a great time to wring out the old and ring in the new! Join 3 Bridges Yoga teacher Allison Dudas for a two-hour class focused on detoxifying the body, cleansing the impurities from the revelry of the holidays and work up a sweat to start the New Year off right!
Come twist, breathe, sweat and release! From breathing exercises to firing up the belly to restorative postures, spend two-hours treating yourself (or a loved one) this January. Release the stress from the holidays and start 2012 fresh! This two-hour class will be appropriate for all levels with options for modifying or taking your practice deeper.
