Wrist Free Yoga- Nancy, sub (60 min)

This class is designed for students who love to practice yoga but are feeling either sore or injured in the wrists and shoulders, or perhaps simply want to explore a creative flow that avoids excessive planks and downward facing dogs. Other than minimal weight on the wrists, this class will incorporate a flow that doesn’t include the traditional vinyasa. Learn how to still work your yoga practice without bearing weight on your wrists and shoulders.
