Hiit the Flow is an invigorating, high-intensity, music-fueled workout that will challenge you to move through intensity with intention. This class features a fun and effective hybrid of body resistance toning, cardio intervals, core conditioning, and feel-good flow! Get ready to strengthen, sweat, and release to your favorite, hip hop, and heavy beats.
*The room will be warmed, with loud music, and a dark atmosphere. Additional equipment like gliders, blocks, and bands may be used. All levels welcome.*
