Ancestry Workshop with Marla and Knate

Join Knate Higgins of Deadwicks and Marla Cinilia of 3 Bridges Yoga for an evening of kundalini and asana moving meditation followed by a ritual to commune with and honor the wisdom of your ancestors. Please bring a sacred item to represent your lineage. Reach across the veil with us at 3BY Portsmouth on Tuesday, 10/30 from 5-7! $20 for members, $25 for non-members and day-of registration.
