December Schedule Changes


Here are the schedule changes for December.


Sunday 9:30am is now with Bjorn


Thursday 9:00am is now a Every Body, 75 minutes, with Jody
Thursday 6:00pm is now a Beginner class, 60 minutes, with Erin
New Class – Monday Noon, Every Body, 50 minutes, with Carissa. (This does not start till December 9th)


No schedule changes until December 14th. Our winter break schedule will be published shortly. Check back later.

    I was hoping you could add a class that is focused on detoxing, stretching, relaxing. With some strengthening moves too. Maybe a midday or weekend class?
