Bringing Yoga to Durham

3 Bridges Yoga is pleased to announce the opening of our new studio in Durham, New Hampshire. The studio is located at 37 Main Street in the recently renovated historic Grange Hall. As part of the opening, we will offer free classes at the end of July with regular classes beginning in August. A grand opening weekend is planned for September

The historic Grange Hall features high ceilings, radiant floor heating, cork floors and a shower facility. Entrance to the studio is on the side of the building and the Grange Hall is within walking distance to downtown and UNH.

Students will be able to use their memberships and class cards at both locations. We will be offering new student specials and will continue to make 3 Bridges Yoga as affordable and accessible as possible. Our website will be updated to include additional information about the Durham studio including class schedule and upcoming events.

As we continue to grow and expand, the mission of 3 Bridges Yoga will never change. We are an accessible, welcoming and non-assuming yoga studio based on principled vinyasa yoga with emphasis on student success.

We’ve promoted Allison Dudas to Studio Manager to run the day to day operations in Portsmouth. Allison will still continue to teach at both locations. Marla Cinilia was also promoted to Head Instructor with additional studio responsibilities.

Great news! I’ve been spreading the word with co-workers at UNH. What is the first date in July that classes will be held?
