Attitude of Gratitude


As we approach the holiday season, which seems to get longer and busier each year, it’s important to take time for yourself. Taking time for both physical and spiritual wellness with an emphasis on gratitude is what Thankful-Asana is all about. In it’s third year, Allison will lead you through a mindful and heart-opening yoga class that brings life to your life. The class emphasizes mindful breathing and movement, and mindful attention on what really matters most. This is a very special class that will leave you refreshed, balanced and with a lasting sense of gratitude and peace.

Class is Sunday November 22nd, from 4-6pm at the Portsmouth studio. Cost is $20 members, $25 non-members and $30 day of. Buy Now or register at any studio or over the phone. There are no refunds or exchanges for this class.
