21 Day Nutrition Program


21 Days to a fit body and mind – fueled by whole food nutrition. Use this program as a resource to kickstart or upgrade your healthy life – without having to buy any expensive powders or supplements!

Shift away from addictive, potentially allergenic and difficult-to-digest food and embrace whole foods. Learn how to crowd out unhealthy habits while boosting your existing good habits. This program will create the space for positive and sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Providing your body with the matter it needs to function optimally is a never-ending journey. This program can serve as a roadmap on that journey – even beyond the 21 days.

+ 60+ page downloadable PDF book with guidelines to get prepared (sent on Friday, Feb 26th)

+ Private orientation meeting at 3BY Portsmouth on Sunday, February 28th at 5:15pm, after the 4pm class.
+ 21 daily emails with informational recordings, kitchen tip videos, guided meditations and PDF guides
+ Private FB group moderated by Erin – stay accountable, connect with others, and get your questions answered by a qualified nutritionist!
+ Access to [email protected] online yoga classes for one month to encourage a steady yoga practice during the program.

Erin holds her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She educates people about real food nutrition and diet-free lifestyles, and loves to break apart common food myths.     I just sat down this morning to come up with a “Healthier Me” plan and I found this 21 day program! I am very excited to get started!

      Great to have you sign up. There is a pre-meeting at the Portsmouth studio today at 5:15pm. It would be great if you could make that and also the 4pm yoga class (not required). You will get an email from Erin Holt today about the program and group. Thanks
